Graco SaniSpray HP: commercial electrostatic disinfection system operating at 180 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
Electrostatic charging causes disinfectant particles to actively wrap around surfaces — including vertical surfaces and undersides — providing 360-degree coverage that standard spray-and-wipe cannot achieve.
This is the system we deploy for commercial janitorial disinfection and healthcare-adjacent facility cleaning.
Truck-mounted hot water extraction: consistent pressure and temperature throughout the entire cleaning job.
Portable carpet cleaning units — the kind consumer-grade cleaning machines and some lower-tier services use — lose temperature as the water in their tanks cools during the job.
Our truck-mounted system maintains temperature from the first room to the last. Consistent temperature means consistent results.
Specialized area rug cleaning tools for our pickup program. Commercial floor buffer and burnisher for VCT and hard floor programs. We invest in equipment appropriate to the work.
