By engaging Feldpausch Cleaning Services for cleaning services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Feldpausch Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services as described at the time of scheduling. Service scope is defined in the written estimate or service agreement. Additional work requested at the time of service may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, Credit Cards and debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

 

Pre-Existing Conditions

Feldpausch Cleaning Services performs a pre-inspection before beginning any service and documents pre-existing conditions. We are not responsible for damage to materials that were already damaged, worn, or structurally compromised before cleaning. We will identify and communicate pre-existing conditions before beginning work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result of a service, contact us within 24 hours at (517) 582-1083. We will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. Our satisfaction guarantee covers work within the defined scope of service.
